Travel Bucket List: Chinese Ice Festival

I have to see this place .. extraordinary.  This is the Chinese International Ice Festival in Harbin, China which kicked off January 5th and lasts a month.  It started with just Chinese but has grown to include international participants.  Those with poor circulation may need to hang in the ice lodge .. average temp 2 degrees F in winter.
